In the center of Bologna, we will have the privilege of staying at our partner Roberto's own hotel in the comfort of a home environment. Our hotel is a boutique hotel within walking distance of everywhere.
We enjoy our dinner at Roberto's restaurant. After staying at this hotel for two nights, we go to our hotel in the vineyards of the Condello family, which has been producing wine from the best grapes collected in organic and traditional methods in the Predappio region since 1383.
The hotel belongs to Roby and his brother. The Condello family produces wine and olive oil. We settle in one of the 38 suites in the vineyards spread over 120 hectares.
Chiara, the daughter of the family who is educated on the wine, takes us to see the vineyards and the workshop, and then we start to taste and drink the family's award-winning wines.
We take walks, spend time in the spa, and take lots of pictures on the streets of Dozza, which looks almost like a canvas village.
12:00, we board our plane from Istanbul, leaving!
2 hours 40 min. later we arrive at Bologna Airport.

30 min. Our private bus takes us to the hotel and we settle in our rooms in the accompaniment of welcome aperitivo. We will catch our breath for a bit and tour the red brick city with a guide. You can also stay in and get some rest if you like.

Early breakfast at the hotel, don't miss Paola's pies.
After breakfast, we leave the hotel by a private bus with a cup of strong espresso, the big day starts.
Visit the Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese production workshop of indefinable beauty, as well as the family workshop that has been producing balsamic vinegar for 150 years and the production of the world's most beautiful Prosciuttos. Afterwards, everything we see and smell during the day accompanied by various wine tasting will be eaten.
We return to the hotel in the evening, time belongs to you, do not sleep too late, tomorrow we go to the vineyard.
09:00 Breakfast in the hotel, we leave the hotel early by our private bus and go to Dozza. A wonderful village with streets full of art. We walk around the alleys, take lots of photos and make a coffee a stop.
After coffee we reach the Vineyard, Hotel Borgo Conde.
A welcome party with local flavors and wine. We recommend you get information about wine production, walk among the vineyards, and enjoy a spa session after the factory visit.
Our dinner in the hotel is accompanied by Italian tenor and live arias, ineffable...
This is our last night, we chat till late hours.
09:00 Breakfast at the hotel overlooking the vineyards. We collect our bags after a fine cup of Cappuccino and say goodbye to the hotel at around 10:30. 1 hour 30 min. later we are at the airport.
We don't say Addio, Arrivederci Bologna!
