NovaGusto is the brand of two entrepreneurial women who acquire new tastes and want to share their experience. We take you on a delicious and enjoyable journey to discover the most important wines and gastronomic values of the Emilia Romagna region.
The flying seagulls in our logo will take us away from our daily rushes even for a short time to look for new tastes, local and new pleasures.
Whether you are a group of friends or members of a crowded family, we can combine your wedding organization, dealer meeting or company meeting with fine wines, cheeses, some art in vineyards, some shopping and then a quiet weekend.
If you wish to learn about Italian delicacies, you can join the Cooking Class and learn how to make Italian pasta and pizza, or you can enjoy driving a Ferrari.

After you select and submit the dates, our team will prepare a special program for you who are our special guests.
Our main topic will of course be food. We will go to places that you cannot go with any standard tour by the roadmap our partner Roberto will draw for you.
We will taste 150 years of vinegar, parmesan cheese and prosciuttos in the balsamic production plant of the Cavielli family dating from 1860. We will listen to all the stories from family members.
